Steps to Install Teams
Method 1
1. Log in to office365 on web. https://www.office.com/
2. Select the "Install Office" option then select "Other Install Options"
3. Select Teams application
4. Click get Windows app
5. Click on the downloaded file to open. (You should not require administrator credentials for the installation.
Teams should open up as all the users requested the access have been given teams license.
Method 2
1. Go to the following website: https://www.microsoft.com/en-ca/microsoft-teams/download-app
2. Select Download for Desktop
3. Click on the Download Teams (Teams for work or school) and it will start to download the Teams install file onto your desktop.
4. Double click on the download file "TeamsSetup_c_w_.exe" to start the install
