Login to the Jira Service Portal: PFG IT Service Desk - Jira Service Management (atlassian.net)
Click Next
Continue with Atlassian account
Click Can't Login?
Click Send Recovery Link
Check your email and click Set Password
Once you set a new password you should be able to login to Jira.
