If the system is not responding from the PC client software the server usually requires a reboot.
Core-Services has the access to do this.

Hello,
Have a ticket for this system not responding and the requester Diane Poulin said the last time this happened Jeremy Fisher rebooted the WIN-PK server (IP 10.3.3.34) and all was well after that.
I do not appear to have permission to restart the server with my EA account. Can someone please restart this server when have a free moment?
